We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautifully renovated house in a quiet, peaceful street with stunning views. The BBQ in the covered upstairs balcony and the pool table in the downstairs lounge were highlights for us, but so were watching movies in the upstairs lounge in AC comfort on a chilly night or gazing out over the backyard bushland from the comfort of our bedrooms. We're already planning our next trip to use the jacuzzi!

Our family had a very enjoyable stay and everybody loved having their own bathroom and bedroom with very comfortable beds. The kitchen was well equipped and the spa and pool table was great. The outlook was so peaceful especially from the large outdoor area. A quick drive to the adorable Leura village.

Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, with comfortable communal spaces that made it easy to come together for meals and evenings. Everything was exactly as advertised. The hosts were lovely, responsive, helpful and clearly take pride in the property. The location worked really well for us: an easy drive to Scenic World and Katoomba, and Leura village just a couple of minutes away by car, or walking distance if you can handle a few hills. We visited in winter and the house was wonderfully warm, the ducted heating throughout was excellent, and the open fire was great in the evening. Everyone in our group enjoyed their stay. We’d happily return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this home to other groups looking for a comfortable, well-located base in the Blue Mountains.

Beautiful home. Large space with many bathrooms. The terrace balcony is huge and perfect for groups to eat, relax and be together. Beautiful spa and all rooms were well kept and looked after. Highly recommend.

We stayed with 10 people, house worked perfect. Different spaces for different activities, easy for group to spread out. Very clean, many appliances, everything needed already there. Lots of board games like Uno, chess, cards, fun for night time. Bathroom spotless. Temperature control strong, house warm and comfy. Bedroom with ensuite great for multiple couples. Beds soft, pillows many types for preference. Place well designed, welcoming, recommend for big group, would come back again. :))

The house was a great place that could host a big group! The rooms and bathrooms were very modern and clean - had everything you needed. Having a games room downstairs was a nice touch for people to hang out and enjoy! Although we couldn’t use the balcony as we visited in winter, it would be nice to do a bbq and have meals outside with a nature view. Location was also super convenient - only 4 minute drive to Leura shops and to Leura falls. Thank you Nat and Andy for a lovely place! Would definitely return and recommend :)

Their house really is incredible: super clean and neat, cozy but still private (even when you are with a big group) and the views are just magnificent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic stay at this property for three couples and young adults/ teenagers. The space was peaceful and tranquil with relaxing view of the trees from the upper rooms. The lower area lent itself well to the young adults for spending time together. Walking distance (15-20min) to the shops in Leura and 5 minutes by car. Would stay again.
