Gladstone Spa Retreat started as a personal project. Andrei had spent decades designing spaces for other people. Leura felt like the right place to design something for everyone — a property big enough for a group, finished well enough that no one would want to leave.
The renovation took longer than expected. Every room, every material, every detail was chosen the way an architect chooses them — not for the photo, but for the experience of actually being there.
Leura Stayz grew from that. A small collection of properties in the Blue Mountains, each one architect-renovated, each one built for groups who expect more than a place to sleep.
